Perfect holiday in this beautiful hotel. Situated right on the harbour edge with beautiful views. Lovely room with gorgeous beams in the ceiling. Everything has been modified to maintain all original features of this beautiful building. The property is in a very central position for all the beautiful shops and restaurants. Unfortunately no parking but very nearby and reasonably priced. The breakfast was incredible with a lovely menu. Staff very pleasant and everything spotlessly clean. Bar restaurant serving lovely food at a very reasonable price. Will definitely return

We took advantage of St Austell Brewery’s winter deal, so we had exceptional value for money. Our room had a dual aspect view of the harbour and across the river, and was really comfortable. The weather was cold during our stay, but our very spacious room was cosy and warm. Lovely comfy bed, great tea and coffee facilities, really friendly helpful staff and a good breakfast too.

The room is clean and the breakfast is very good and plenty of choice. Being central Falmouth and above a pub we knew that the room would be noisy, & that is fine for us. But for others be aware… Parking is a nightmare and a nearby car park allows upto 24hours. Apparently the closest is the sration…

Great bar with a funky hotel attached I had a street view room it was fairly small but all I needed with a great en-suite If you are someone with any mobility issues take note there’s a lot of stairs to negotiate There’s a bar upstairs where the hotel check in is, a restaurant attached with views across the harbour and marina is nicely laid out with booths or tables A good selection of local ales is available and an extensive menu Note to the restaurant chefs! Note: If the gravy says red wine or the breakfast mushrooms mention balsamic then please use those ingredients. Try putting less on your menu and make everything taste like a representation of the menu ideas mentioned A household gravy granule accompaniment to a lovely pie & a tasteless breakfast are not complimentary to what is otherwise a great establishment The food issues a minor issue in comparison to a lovely overnight stay

The hotel has a really great, central, location and the entire staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable and the breakfasts, complete with an excellent view, were superb, freshly produced and very filling. Thank you for a really good stay.
