"Check-in via the kiosk was convenient. I initially had a small issue during check-in, but the person in charge responded very quickly and helped me resolve it. The place is a spacious bungalow with a lovely garden and ample parking area. There’s also a comfortable common area, including a living room and kitchen — great for relaxing and feeling at home."

"The hotel is decent if you’re mainly looking for convenience. It’s near to popular attractions and famous local cuisine which makes getting around and sightseeing much easier. The rooms are basic and nothing fancy. My room isn’t spacious enough for my two kids, my wife and I. But it’s enough for my short stay. The breakfast is basic but it’s not that bad. The hotel parking is limited. I’ve never got any chance to park there as it’s always full. So I had to park in front of the hotel. Overall, it’s a reasonable option if you prioritise location over comfort."

"Good location and offer free multilevel carpark. This property is still doing renovation so it could be dusty. Our family loves the view most. You can see scenic mountains and sea views from the highest level. The swimming pool is my children's favourite spot. Too bad the sprinkle was not working. Room is spacious and clean, with the price paid nothing to be complained about. The service of front desk could be further improved. I asked about wifi they told me they will send through whatsapp but i didnt receive any text messages throughout the stay. Not that i need it but the hospitality is missing."

"This accommodation is perfect for families and very convenient for independent travelers. It's configured as a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a bathroom, which is a huge plus for those not used to the local cuisine, allowing you to easily prepare your own meals – cooking noodles or hotpot, for instance, would be excellent. The property also boasts a swimming pool and offers lovely sea views from the window. However, there are a couple of drawbacks: the windows aren't very soundproof, and the curtains aren't blackout, which makes it hard to sleep in. Despite these minor issues, it's a great choice for independent travelers."

"We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The unit is spacious, and we really appreciated that the king bedroom could comfortably fit three people — making it suitable even for our group of 6 adults and 1 child. The location is perfect — easy to access and surprisingly no traffic jams in the area. Most Penang attractions and food spots are only about a 10–15-minute drive away, which made exploring really convenient. My coffee place which is constant gardener is not far from here. Anyway, the host was helpful, responsive, and reliable, replying quickly to any questions we had. Both the air conditioning and hot water worked well throughout our stay. Nearby, walking distance from the apartment there is a nice stalls that sell great breakfast with nice malay kuih. On the downside, while basic cleaning was fine, we noticed that some kitchen items like cups and glasses inside the drawers were not properly cleaned, so we had to wash them ourselves. Soap was provided, but given that there’s a cleaning fee, this area could definitely be improved. The towels and pillows were also quite worn out and could use replacement to make the stay more comfortable. Also there is no coway water filter as advertised, so probably it is at other unit but not my unit. The main issue we faced was with the lift during peak hours. On our checkout day, it took an hour waiting that my family ended up taking the stairs from level 23 down to the carpark at level 8! It seems this happens many times and a lot of upset people especially when one of the lifts is used by workers, knowingly many people are stuck Overall, this apartment offers great value for its size, location, and host service, with only minor improvements needed in cleanliness and maintenance and if you can be patient with the waiting lift."

"I had a wonderful stay at Penang Marriott Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a stunning view. Breakfast offered a great variety with both local and international selections, all fresh and delicious. The swimming pool and facilities were fantastic — perfect for relaxing after exploring Penang. I also appreciated the convenient location near good restaurants and attractions. Overall, Penang Marriott truly delivers a five-star experience with comfort and quality. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Penang. Highly recommended!"

"We booked a one-night stay on short notice and were so glad to have found this place. The host responded quickly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped (including a water dispenser), and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate eight people. The location is very convenient, close to the highway, making it easy to access various attractions. There's also a morning market within walking distance for local food and daily necessities. "Excellent Stay at Penang Marriott Executive Apartments My recent stay at the Penang Marriott Executive Apartments, which are combined with the Penang Marriott Hotel and share the same facilities, was truly exceptional. The friendly front desk staff provided clear explanations upon check-in. My room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped like a home, and included a free mini-bar, with a stunning sea view. A huge thanks goes to the housekeeping team for the lovely birthday decorations and card. My special appreciation also goes to Ms. Melanie for her thoughtful wish card, and to those who decorated the birthday cake on the table—their efforts truly made my celebration special. The facilities, including good swimming pools for both adults and kids, were great, and parking was convenient. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Gurney Drive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and fresh options, including fresh juice and coffee, served by friendly and helpful staff. Every staff member I met was warm and welcoming, contributing to a truly wonderful experience."
