沒有按照訂房要求開房，訂的海景房，服務人員説，你要打開窗子，把頭伸出去看側面，這就是海景房，還有訂房時顯示訂的是8-10樓，開房間時開的7樓，請服務員換房，人家服務員説，我家房就這樣不住你退了啊，我説你這態度要給你們差評，人家説店又不是我家的順便你啊。我好好説話，人家轉頭打電話説我鬧，我維護自己的權益，人家説我是危險分子。而且衞生極差，床單上還有不知道滴得什麼東西，太噁心了，這是我幾十年來住宿第一次遇到的最了不起的前台，**啊！
