我下了3個訂單，定了2間房（2雙1單間）到店辦入住前台説房不夠，致電老闆娘她一口咬定衹收到2個訂單，然而查訂單確是有3個，然後老闆娘口風又一轉，把過錯推到去哪兒平台，説是她已經關閉訂房平台沒關，一直東推西推不給解決，最後説有3人間可以給我們住，但是要加錢。我們當時帶着4個小朋友，在前台反覆溝通耗費了2個半小時，最後我妥協了，先交付兩房給我，還有最後一間下午6點後才交付。入住後體驗感也是非常差！房間有煙味、牆角發黴、窗户40公分大、廁所排水不及時導致洗澡時臟水一直泡着腳，第二天11點半，賓館開始催我們退房。本人住過那麼多的民宿、酒店、賓館，這是最差的一家，環境差不安全，房門反鎖不了，溝通能力弱，服務不到位。這樣的商家我個人認為是沒有資格掛靠在去哪兒平台上做買賣的。

地理位置非常好！路邊，去天堂灘3.9公里，可以坐共享單車去，旁邊有超市有夜市燒烤一條街，離企沙海鮮市場也不遠，我們坐三輪車去的，八塊錢！賓館的服務也很好，下次還來這住，唯一的缺點就是停車位衹有兩個，可以停路邊，但是節假日基本是停滿的。

周邊生活便利吃飯購物方便，門口大超市，飯店很多，房間乾淨整潔衞生，還有早餐吃，企沙出差每次都住他家。
