Hotel Elisabeth Due

We stayed a week in this hotel and we can say that we couldn't have found a better place. Mrs. Katia is super kind and available for anything and kind of information on how to get around and what to visit. We also thank Paolo for the evening chats and for his kindness. The hotel has excellent bikes which we used every day. The hotel is located in an optimal position as it is close to the beach while in the evening you can decide whether to stay on the beach amidst the youth nightlife or always travel by bike or on foot in the historic centre. If I were to return I would choose Elisabeth Due

Friendly staff, large and well organized family room. We stayed as 3 adults and two dogs. Cleanliness good but could be improved!! Varied breakfast, desserts could be improved. In a seafront position and 10/15 minutes walk from the historic center.

I stayed in this hotel for work, as far as the hotel itself, the rooms and the restaurant are concerned, nothing to say, but unfortunately I had an unpleasant inconvenience for which I cannot yet explain the reason. In short, a hotel employee who was at the reception when I arrived (a fairly young guy) "accidentally" took my identity document and left. In all of this he hadn't even checked in, when I asked for explanations the colleague who started the next shift didn't even know what to say, I had the impression that it wasn't the first time something like this had happened. Having said this, after a good 5 hours I managed to get my identity document back and certainly not because it was brought back to me by the boy who had taken it, but because the colleague went to retrieve it from nowhere, probably to this guy's house or I have no idea. In all of this I didn't have the slightest explanation and I'm still shocked by what happened, also because it's very strange that a person who works in a hotel accidentally brings a document with him. Having said that, I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL .

What the hell! We go on holiday to relax but we only found great rudeness from a lady at the entrance. Screaming and hysterics are not acceptable in the hotel. The structure is overrated for a 3 star, it is much better.

Modern and functional hotel in Lido di Fano, facing the beach/sea. The structure is typical of the 90s, when the wife and children parked themselves in the hotel for at least a couple of weeks "at the seaside" and went to visit them at the weekend. The layout of the rooms dates back to that period, although they are quite spacious, very clean and functional, as are the internal spaces. Average breakfast, attentive, kind, helpful staff ready to listen to your requests. Classic hotel to frequent for work and weekends. Positive opinion also in relation to the price.
