Always exceptional. I stayed at this hotel with my wife and daughters from October 16th to 24th, and here you are not just a room number — you are treated as a unique individual. You are always at the center of attention, and you truly feel like a prince. It was my second stay, and each time I leave, I can’t wait to come back. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by vast green spaces that ensure complete privacy. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and overlook the pool. The outdoor pool area, wellness center, and indoor pool are simply magnificent — a true paradise of relaxation. The assistance provided at the kids’ club is impeccable, and the staff is undoubtedly the greatest asset of this outstanding hote

Perhaps I did not stay at the same hotel as others describe. I was at the Principe di Fitalia in October, at a time when I needed to put behind me a difficult moment in my life, and I chose this place following the recommendation of a relative. I must thank him, as I spent a truly relaxing week, far from the chaos of the city and cared for by everyone. I greatly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the property and the nearby beach. My thanks go to the entire staff — Rosa, Paolo, Santino, and Michele — for their kindness, and also to Giorgia, who recommended a nearby seaside restaurant, Ondablu, where we had the wonderful experience of collecting mussels and tasting them fresh. Thank you, and see you again on my next trip to Sicily.

My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel. It was a torture. The public areas are simply too noisy. This hotel is remote. We had to have breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. We tried to sit at a corner in the restaurant. There was no help. Too many screaming children and loud-mouth parents. This is worst than a day-care center. We tried to relax at the pool. There were too many toddlers in diapers jumping in and out of the pool. It was gross. This hotel is not a place to relax. This hotel is a day care centers. It caters to people who love noise.

Warning Number 1. When you make your reservation check the conflicting terms of payment. They charge you the entire amount of the room 3 days before you arrive. Not when you are at the hotel. Warning Number 2. The place is full of young families with toddlers and loud noisy adults. There is no peace and quiet. No tranquility. It is not relaxing and not calm. In fact, its hard to eat with all of the extra screaming and crying. You can not get away from it. Tip: I would recommend Casa Miranda Botique Hotel in Sicacusa.

Cannot recommend this hotel and experience enough. The staff were incredible Maria Teresa and Giulia in particular the room so comfortable and special bonus points for our hot tub. The hotel is located 10 minutes from syracuse and offers free transfers so while you live in the country the city is mere minutes away. We loved the food ( breakfast easily the best breakfast we had in Sicily) and also loved the facilities - the massive pool the tennis court the spa to name but a few. We would go back in a heartbeat

I stayed a couple of days at Hotel Principe Di Fitalia Resort in Syracuse. WOW! They have a wonderful wellness center. My friend and I treated ourselves to 2 massages - one salt rub and one 90 minute sport (deep tissue) massage. I was so lucky to have gotten Rosa as my massage therapist. I have had many massages, and Rosa was SO GOOD! One of my best massages! I normally don't write too many reviews, but I wanted to share this experience.

Wonderful Family Holiday We booked a holiday at this beautiful resort recommended by friends. We were welcomed as if we were part of the family – it was fantastic, never intrusive. We were pampered and cared for throughout the entire stay. The pool was very clean, and at noon they offered us mint and lemon-infused water, while my children were served fresh orange juice. The shuttle service was punctual, and they even allowed us to return a bit earlier because the kids were tired. The property is located 8 km from the city, which allows you to enjoy complete relaxation. We will definitely be back.
