It was great experience staying with family … very calm and serene environment.. amazing food and hospitality.. lots of activity to have fun with family .. the pool looks mesmerising during night with lighting.. even the spa was very relaxing

I do not know where to start from and what all to say, but whatever expectations i had or whatever i had overheard was absolutely not present during this experience we had at the property. 1) i got a call from one of your colleagues two days prior to my check in asking us to delay our arrival time to 3pm, since we were travelling from outstation we reached by 330pm, our check in/room allocation happened by 5pm and top of the line we received our luggage at 730pm. 2) dinner experience at your pan asian restaurant, we reached the restaurant at 935pm, the server took our drinks and starters order which were served by 1045pm to us, and then he declined to even serve us main course stating it would take another hour or 75mins to complete the service and advised us to have main course in our room, like first time in my entire life i have faced this. On top of that starters which we got were all like reheated and served but obviously they left us in no position to even say anything, hence we also left everything as it is and moved back to our rooms. It was supposedly my anniversary dinner, ruined properly in every sense. Thankyou for that. 3) next comes in room dining, we ordered pan asian dishes, food served was without salt, we complained but again they overheard us completely and no attention paid at all, we ate whatsoever we could and howsoever we could. 4) now comes the buffet breakfast, we came down around 9am pretty decent time for dining, i ordered one portion of eggs for my 10 months daughter without spices/chillies, trust me even after asking for like 10 times we failed to receive it, eventually we made her ate like some fruits and all and we simply checked out and left around 12/1230 because i was like completely done dealing with all this and it made me feel like it was absolutely not worth it to even explain all this while i was checking out. Only thing which we liked during our stay was our high tea time because of the activities/food options and the room which was allocated to us
