Masseria Borgo Ritella is so stunningly beautiful - it felt like stepping into a page of a design magazine! It reminded us of a hotel we stayed at in Santorini but Masseria Borgo Ritella was better. We stayed at their beautiful two-bedroom family suite and our kids adored our private plunge pool and outdoor space. The masseria’s design was so serene with amazing views surrounded by olive trees. We had a lovely breakfast and dinner outdoors. The people at the masseria were very helpful and thoughtful. We had to leave for an early train and they packed a nice breakfast for us to go. I highly recommend Masseria Borgo Ritella for a relaxing family vacation in Puglia at a beautiful masseria.

This property and its people were extraordinary. It was such a beautiful building but the people and attentiveness to every detail were above and beyond anything we could imagined. The food was was delicious! We were celebrating my father in laws 80th birthday and the party was exceptional. The photos will speak for themselves.

We were there last night for the Ferragosto event. The buffet dinner was not enough for all the guests, for example, we could not even eat a single piece of seafood. They thought they would find a less crowded environment, more private as per your standards but this was not the case. We are sorry.

The structure is nice and convenient for those who have to visit the safari zoo, but the services are very disappointing, and lack of hygiene in the rooms. sufficiency in cleaning, dust and hair everywhere and dirty floors even after being washed. price definitely high for what it offers.

Ci siamo stati oggi a pranzo di Pasquetta, un odissea per arrivarci poiché vi erano file interminabili per l'accesso allo zoo adiacente alla struttura, bella location, in pratica un balcone panoramico su Fasano e il mare, tanti parcheggi all'interno, personale x accoglienza e sistemazione, ottima organizzazione con musica dj, pranzo con varie specialità di antipasti e dolci finali a buffet, tutte le pietanze di ottima fattura, un primo piatto semplice ma buono, personale ben vestito, professionalmente preparato, gentile e disponibile. Qualità/prezzo nella media.

Masseria extremamente aconchegante e charmosa. Ótimos ambientes, atendimento e hospitalidade impecáveis e muito bem localizada (distante da cidade) mas fácil para acessar as estradas da região . Hospedagem impecável . Recomendo muito a estadia neste local .

Borgo Ritella si puó descrivere facilmente: una volta varcato il cancello si ha subito la percezione di entrare in quello che si puó definire un paradiso terrestre. L’apparenza in questo caso non inganna: l’accoglienza è all’insegna della gentilezza, la camera pulitissima oltre che elegante e confortevole e il ristorante permette di assaggiare piatti gustosi, preparati con sapienza e che fondono perfettamente la vera cucina pugliese con la cucina gourmet (e con prezzi onesti). La colazione è semplicemente memorabile, nota di merito per la simpatia della massaia Lina, e per il resto dello staff che si impegna al massimo per soddisfare gli ospiti. Davvero impossibile trovare un difetto ad una vacanza, purtroppo breve, ma semplicemente perfetta.
