GGuest UserThe hotel is nice, the room is big, the two beds are big, clean and tidy; the restaurant is good, the American breakfast has meat and eggs. But suddenly the WiFi in the hotel is gone from 20:00 to 22:30.

MMarinaLocation was great for visiting family in the area. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful & the breakfast was pretty good.
The room, however, was poorly cleaned & maintained. Bathroom door had screws sticking out of the door jam & had to expand forced closed. Cigarette burns in furniture in a non smoking room, hair on the bathroom floor, lip gloss smeared on the wallpaper, crumbs & sticky stuff in the drawers by the microwave, mini fridge didn't work well & we found a Cigarette butt on the floor by the bed as well as other ”smoking” garbage. It was obvious that if the room had been cleaned it hadn't been done properly. Indoor pool also has issues...the pool light is literally just set on the concrete at the side of the pool with wires going into the water, the entire pool room was musty & moldy smelling & the water was somewhat cloudy. Overall not a terrible stay for the price, but not as nice as it could/should have been.
