We experienced a few distractions that negatively impacted our feelings:
1. One of our two rooms (#150 and 111) was not ready when we arrived at 5 PM. We were asked to come back after 6 PM.
2. Our rooms were full of dead and actively moving flies.
3. My room door (#150) has a crack, leaving the door loosely closed.
4. Our rooms were full of musty/moldy smells.
Together, our feelings got distracted, and we decided to check out and leave the hotel within 20 minutes after we moved into our rooms.
We mentioned the poor condition of our rooms to the staff at the counter, but he did not respond to our refund request.
I look forward to refunds as these rooms' conditions are conducive to health and safety threats.

Absolutely awful, I went to check in After my concert (before 11) and they had a "closed" sign up and no way of making any contact!! 80 bucks gone here, plus I had to find another hotel down the road which put me out over 200 for a night's sleep that was not expecting to have to pay since I made this booking over a month ago. Absolutely ridiculous! .

The room was poorly maintained. Holes in wall poorly patched. Toilet seat loose. Bathtub stained & missing metal ring around the drain. Lots of noise outside all night. They did have cox cable. Wouldn’t stay there again even if we had pets along.
