Apartments Villa Nina

The apartment complex (divided into several houses) is located in a surprisingly quiet area of ​​Fažana, right by the beach - lots of greenery, several shady trees, gently sloping and pebbly access to the sea, 2 great bars ("Coco" and "Shark") right on the beach. Incredibly friendly welcome, very nice people there. The apartment was not huge, but for 2 people it was big enough. Clean and well-maintained complex. At first we were disappointed because our terrace was actually next to the parking and bike parking, but almost no one came here, and in the early afternoon we already had a cool shade. Air conditioning works great, the windows can be darkened with shutters. The equipment is quite sufficient (well, we did not cook, but ok - please note: there is NO dishwasher). The pool is clean and sufficient for cooling. There are enough parking spaces, no need to reserve in advance. The area with countless restaurants is about 5-10 minutes walk away. The breakfast room is unfortunately in the basement, but it is well ventilated and air-conditioned, and you don't stay there for hours. The breakfast itself is sufficient, but not very varied. There are 10 breakfasts, I would like a bit more variety (it turns out that continental breakfast does not include hot dishes: fried eggs for example or boiled sausages...) Unfortunately, there are also some disadvantages. Our apartment did not have a wardrobe - only hooks, shoe storage was on the floor and, unfortunately, there was not enough storage space for clothes in the closet. There is only one socket on each bed, so if you want to have light and charge your mobile phone at the same time, you should take a distributor with you. (But not everyone wants that anyway...)

Our apartment in house 3 was on the 1st floor. The whole house is very nice and modern. The apartment has a large living room with kitchen, dining table, sofa bed, TV with many German channels, the exit to the spacious balcony with table and 4 chairs, a spacious bathroom and a nice bedroom. All rooms are very bright and friendly thanks to the many windows, the light can be easily changed with shutters. The complex consists of 3 houses with a small pool, loungers and tables/chairs for general use. There is also a breakfast room, breakfast can be booked separately. However, this room is not very attractive due to its location in the basement. There is also a fitness room and bicycles to borrow for a fee. Parking spaces belong to the complex and are all around the complex and also some in the courtyard. The complex is located on a very quiet street, there are hardly any cars and it is very quiet, especially at night. The Plodine supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away, and the very beautiful beach is about a 7-minute walk away. There are 2 beach bars there with good drinks and snacks to eat. It takes about 15 minutes along the beach to get to the town. It is generally beautiful for walking or cycling in both directions - always along the sea. There are lots of restaurants in the town where you can eat well and a few shops. Overall, Fazana is very pleasant, there are no hotels or hotel complexes and lots of nature along the beach. For a trip to Pula we decided to take the bus, which runs 3 times a day and costs around €2.00 per person. This means you don't have to stress about looking for a parking space and you get off in the middle of the town. All in all, a holiday in Fazana is highly recommended.
