房間衞生很差，一股難為的氣味，洗手枱全部都是很臟的水漬，浴室淋浴頭也是，更本不敢用，沙發也很臟。我是有換衣服化粧需要早上9點半就入住了，因為這些問題晚上打算重新定酒店，在店裡問了前台説攜程客服操作後，可以退剩下的房費，按照鐘點房收費，但是攜程客服去溝通前台又不承認，説不能按鐘點房費，扣了一晚上的房費，
