酒店老舊，設施不太行了，房間有煙味黴味混合，淋浴房漏水（見圖片），房間地毯遍佈煙頭燙痕（見圖片），早餐尚可。一次性拖鞋真正一次就壞（見圖片）。房間放了一個巨大的性用品售賣機（見圖片），不知是啥經營理念。

我住的是7層樓，晚上房間的隔音效果太差了，因為靠近馬路所以晚上一直能聽到馬路上的汽車聲音搞的我睡眠質量特別差 。希望酒店能把窗户給換一下 ，把窗户的隔音質量給搞上去
服務：服務人員的態度非常好，我要加一床被子，打電話給前台，前台直接讓阿姨給我送到房間裏來了

酒店前台態度友好真誠！大堂衞生乾淨整潔給人眼前一亮的感覺，房間温馨寬敞有格調且酒店位置優越，客房服務人員也很好，需要什麼有求必應。儘管衹住一晚來去匆匆，初春的合肥寒意未消但是給人的感覺卻倍感温暖，愜意，我想，若下次出行肯定會再次選擇喆啡酒店。

房間很大，衞生還可以，看頁面顯示21年開業，但是床單和毛巾已經有洞了。前台送了一份早餐，謝謝，早餐種類還可以，但是不好吃，也沒有麪條餛飩

小姐姐真的很好進來都會跟你打招呼，還特別熱心腸，客房服務也很好，衞生打掃得很棒，酒店的工作人員服務態度都很好，地理位置處在醫院旁邊，出行方便
