A bit of a fiasco. The disabled parking is AWAY from the entrance, with a tiny, narrow footpath behind the cars - barely wide enough for a mobility scooter. Not an issue until cars park in the bays that join this footpath, then they on-demand the footpath and it is useless. If you do go there, think long and hard about the meal deal before you prepay for it. On three nights there was a restricted menu , pizza or curry. With my wife's dietary requirements we couldn't eat there on these nights. So we paid but got no food there. We nearly missed breakfast on the first morning. There was a card in the room extolling the breakfast and it said it was served until 10.30am. So after a lay in and a leisurely shower we went down at 9.45 for breakfast to be told that we'd nearly missed it as they only serve it till 10am. The room was shabby, everything a little 'tired' - curtains of the runners, one lamp had no bulb in it and another had a nonworking bulb in it. The laminate floor creaks like an old sailing ship when you move on it, and the bathroom door squeals like you've thrown in a cat whilst wearing your hobnail boots - no creeping around at night for a pee. Service is very hit and miss. Not the staff's fault - one evening when we actually got food the girl was serving, booking people in and stocktaking at the same time. We waited fifteen minutes to order out dessert then gave up. Standards seen to be doing at Premier Inn. To summarise - you're better off not taking it the meal deal. There lots of choice of takeaways and restaurants, even out of season. We're still waiting out refund for an evening meal that was promised to us because they couldn't provide what they had sold us.
