It's still great. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and arranged a quiet room for me. Thumbs up! I recommend you to stay there. The breakfast is also very rich and it is a pretty good experience!

First: hot water is the same as warm water, so we just made do with it at the time.
Second: there was no water in the toilet in the middle of the night. Picture 1 shows that I called the front desk in the middle of the night, but the call did not solve the problem. I suggested sending a basin over so that we could fetch water for flushing ourselves. The front desk said there was no basin and asked us to fetch water from a trash can for flushing ourselves. I did not understand because I came to the hotel for convenience.
Third: Disposable slippers are as unwearable as a piece of paper.
Fourth: The hotel room facilities are really poor and the air conditioner is very noisy.
How did Ctrip select these 3 diamonds?
Service: So-so. The cleaning lady’s service is better than the front desk. I couldn’t find the check-in place. I called the front desk, but the hotel didn’t introduce itself. I was confused. Did I call the wrong number? I confirmed whether it was this hotel. After getting the confirmation, I asked the front desk where to check in. The door number did not match the hotel name.
Hygiene: The public hygiene is really a mess, but the hygiene in the room is generally okay
Conclusion: I will never come here again. Ctrip's rating is not consistent with the 3-diamond rating. Ctrip really needs to review it carefully.

It was a bit noisy at 1am and I couldn't sleep. I don't know if it was the hotel's dog or the guest's own dog. I could always hear the dog barking. My partner and I were always awakened by the barking of the dog. It was a bit toxic. The cleaning lady was very nice and polite.
