服務：前台的兩個小姐姐，小龍.小余服務態度非常好，還免費的給我兩個房間進行了房間升級。我預訂的房間也提前給我把空調開好了，很温馨！

第一次住這家酒店，大堂的裝修實在是豪華，很高檔，大堂很大寬敞，前台大歡辦理入住很快又專業，服務又好，人美嘴甜，第一次在豐城感受到五星級酒店的服務，全國各地我住過很多酒店，但縣級市服務能做到這麼好，非常棒，下次回來有好的酒店選擇了！哈哈哈

這次出差來豐城，住了這家格蘭雲天，在酒店就品嚐到了當地特產凍米糖，味道還是很不錯的，還有額外的水果，房間整體很乾凈，賓客小徐很熱情，打電話詢問幾點到達，是否需要夜床服務，有機會再來這座城市玩

這次出差選擇了連鎖酒店格蘭雲天，確實大品牌的酒店就是不一樣，比連鎖的服務體驗好太多，賓客小徐服務很好，主動升級房型，半夜幫我拿衣服去洗，服務態度特別好，房間衞生很不錯，還有歡迎水果，下次再來

地理位置非常好，就在高鐵站附近。房間乾淨舒適，wifi 順暢無阻，前台大歡服務優秀，有禮貌。房間的洗浴設施也很全,洗髮水沐浴露很香。
