位置挺好找的，整棟樓都是公寓。旁邊有條河晚上可以溜達。公寓樓下有商場，吃喝方便。有一次性毛巾坐便套免費水價格還便宜。

照片與宣傳嚴重不符，房間床上用品有味道根本沒法用，衞生非常差，蟑螂🪳蚊子巨多,樓內非常混亂,誰住誰上當，在樓引表上也沒找到福來小築的名字，還要求打🌟一顆🌟也不想給

三人行鳳凰山，就近累了找個地方歇歇，沒想到在房間裏就可以看見鳳凰山，很乾凈，老闆娘跟我們説阿姨收拾完她都是自己在收拾一遍的，人好熱情，房間裏的薯片本來是售賣的，看見我們有孩子，就直接送給我們了，都讓我們炫了[捂臉]，下次還來這家，真好。

跟家裡人出來玩的，第二天早一些入住，跟老伴娘小姐姐説完提前給我收拾出來的讓我提前入住，特別多好，房間裏很明亮，特別的乾淨，衞生，小姐姐還給我全屋都消了一遍毒，在房間裏還弄了一些當地海鮮，特別完美。滿分💯真心推薦推薦

簡直太哇塞了，都是密碼鎖，自助入住，一進屋都是水蜜桃味道，甜甜的，陽光☀️充足，小姐姐給我們升級了一個陽光房，特別的亮堂，在房間裏就可以看到鳳凰山，屋子裡麪還有很多一次性的東西，非常的衞生安全，就連洗髮水都是白茶的，老闆娘還熱情的介紹鳳城的煎牛肉跟海鮮，真是太必了，值得推薦這家

衹能用一句完美概括了，太乾淨了，主要是位置特別好，樓下就是超市商場，離景區也很近，老闆娘還特別熱情推薦打卡地方，房間裏還有綠植凈化空氣。我是一個睡眠特別輕的人，反正住的很舒服。值得推薦。
