This is my second trip to Fengcheng 🏖️ I had already booked other hotels before, but I chose this hotel when I saw the newly opened Lavande this year. After all, the global chain has guarantees in all aspects.
Very satisfied with the check-in experience. The lobby is very large and open. It shows the standard of a mid-to-high-end hotel when you enter. The lady at the front desk has good service and will actively help solve any problems. The check-in is fast and you can delay check-out, although you can use it yourself. When I arrived at the room, I needed more paper towels and mineral water. The robot immediately delivered it to the door of the room.
The facilities inside and outside the room are complete, and there is a gym on the same floor. 🏋🏻 Everything in the room is available, including an air purifier, humidifier, and background music throughout the house can be connected via Bluetooth. Very comfortable, the mattress is moderately soft and the bedding is very clean. The whole room is intelligently controlled, and the curtains and lights can be controlled in groups.
The restaurant is also great🍩There are many things to choose from, a combination of Chinese and Western food, and there are dedicated people to guide you to sit down. The hotel has a free parking lot. When you go out to play, just leave your car in the parking lot to save trouble and peace of mind. It is only 1 km away from Phoenix Mountain by walking😀
The service is very good and attentive. My family is very satisfied. I will definitely choose here again next time I come. I look forward to my next stay!

1. The room smelled like decoration; 2. The room was not cleaned, and there was a toothpick in the towel area; 3. After returning to the hotel at around 10 pm, I found that there was no hot water. I changed rooms but still had no hot water. I waited for almost an hour before it was fixed; 4. The price booked one day in advance was more than 200 yuan more expensive than the price I saw online that day. There was no point in booking at all.
