服務：超級超級垃圾 剛開始明明答應好來接人的，結果跟小朋友在路邊站着等了一個小時都沒來，後來還是自己打的順風車，幾塊錢的順風車司機説要40才送進去，景區門票也是自己買，然後去到店裡老闆娘説司機沒空，沒空讓我們站路邊等一個小時，第一個電話的時候説30分鐘到，第二個説十分鐘，第三個説馬上出門，垃圾得很，然後我説不用了我們已經自己打車了，這個還是不能退的，訂房的一定要看仔細，又貴服務又不好隔音特別差，房門反鎖還是壞的。太垃圾了 一點體驗感都沒有

環境很不錯，就在藍天湖的湖旁邊，到藍天湖衹要2分鐘，老闆人也很好，早餐吃的也不錯。之後有朋友去還會推薦這家酒店。

民宿在小區內，小區內道路結冰，沒人清掃，容易打滑，車輛通行困難。
民宿從早上6點開始，服務員就大力的開關門，早早就鬧醒了。
餐廳亂的一塌糊塗，早餐有冷飯煮的稀飯，蒸熱的冷凍饅頭。
住酒店還有景區的門票費用。
總的來説很後悔，沒睡好，還驚險。

這兩天主城區有點熱出來玩，聽朋友説南天湖很涼快過來後這邊確實很涼快晚上還有蓋被子，上面空氣很好他們家酒店就在景區裏面而且離湖邊特別近走路三分鐘就到湖邊了，這兩天有時間出來玩，在網上看了好幾家酒店，最後選擇這家性價比蠻高的而且乾淨衞生，下次下來南天湖還會選擇這家值得推薦。

定的房間説窗户在過道，原來是門上很窄的一小部分。要不是房間配了個電扇，真的很悶。服務倒是熱心，有問必答。以後真的要定有窗户的房間，這種房型不推薦啊。
