整體還不錯，符合預期，房間面積挺大，新酒店，設施設備也比較新的，空調效果也挺好的，冬天入住的時候很暖和的，前台服務也還比較熱情的，住了一晚第二天去南天湖，也還挺方便的。

差評，體驗不好，淋浴洗澡的水容易漫出來到整個廁所，廁所又對着卧室水會從拖鞋帶到卧室，感覺臟兮兮的.早餐也很差，就一點稀飯，小菜，白雞飯，沒到九點就光盤了

很少寫評論。這個必須吐槽下。入駐酒店去洗衣房洗衣服，沒有洗衣液。打電話給前台讓送洗衣液，這電話打了5次掛5次。得，邊打電話邊自己下去前台找吧。一看前台一個阿姨在那拿起電話就掛掉。一問説前台服務員去廁所了。即使是臨時有事兒，是不是電話也應該接。然後再説早餐，入駐給了兩張餐券，説早餐在5樓，第二天早起去5樓告知説客人少，沒做早餐。我嘞個去！！！還能這麼玩。。。你逗客人開心呢？另外樓道地毯比較臟，有一股發黴的異味！其他也就那樣吧。酒店房間很多，地方也不小。白瞎了！

服務不太專業，早餐衹有早餐卷沒有早餐，五樓早餐廳空空如也，早上7：30分一個人也沒有，沐浴閥門太垃圾，我看評論區以前就有人反映過沐浴閥門問題，還是不整改，這是跟客人死磕到底了。這麼好的硬件設施交給業餘團隊管理經營，真的是可惜了，估計老闆財大氣粗無所謂。
