This is the hotel I have been most satisfied with since I have been traveling for so long. The facilities, environment and hygiene of the hotel are not inferior to those of five-star hotels. The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is great, there is no smell in the room, and it is very special to sleep at night. It was quiet and comfortable. I would especially like to praise the young lady at the front desk who helped us carry our suitcases to the room and briefly introduced us to the route to visit Fenghuang Ancient City. The service attitude was very good.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the ancient town . They have concierge to pick us up from the drop off point . It is a short distance of walk to reach the hotel . The view from the room is perfect and we even got upgraded with a balcony room . We are also offered a complimentary pick up and drop off from train station . The only downside about this hotel is overall the facility is slightly old but pretty well kept . If you want an early rest just take note the music level is really loud from outside and no much sound proof . Music will stop right at 1130pm.

The hotel is located next to the ancient city. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the core area, but it is only a few dozen meters to the maglev station. The room was very clean, and the hotel also provided free fruit and baked sweet potatoes, which were delicious.

Staying at Shuidiao Getou is convenient for transportation and travel. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Tuojiang River on the balcony and just feel that the years are peaceful! Value for money: Beautiful! Facilities: The indoor facilities are complete, the air conditioning and heating effect are good, the hot water for bathing is hot enough, and the water outlet is large. Pros- Great location by the river, beautiful and close walking distance to the food shops, famous bridges and the red lady singing on the boat (5-10mins). Clean warm room. Bit of scuff marks and stuff on the walls and wooden furnitures but overall charming, nice and modern and no like stinky smells from the river/mosquitoes/cigarettes etc. Warm showers and has all the standard amenities (hairdryer, soap shampoo, shaver etc). The manager is super friendly and hospitable even though she doesn’t speak English she really tries her best to help. Cons- noisy bars and karaoke until 11pm, tour groups in the morning start like at 7am below the balcony (maybe one or two when I was there 2 days) and 9am construction work starts. The free tour is sadly in Chinese only, and the free outfit doesn’t include photos or makeup, it is about 199 yuan for that but if you don’t want photos or makeup it’s free. Don’t think they wash the outfits super often either. Laundry is apparently not a proper one and you have to hand wash. No lifts if you have a lot of luggage.

Outstanding service! We booked less than 1 hour before we were due to arrive and the host contacted us 15 mins after to ask our arrival time at the railway station and offered us a free pickup service back to the hostel. Check in was fast and easy and the host even had already warmed our rooms up before we arrived as it was cold outside. The room was clean, tidy and the theme was very special. The view of the river was spectacular with a bathtub right by the window with the view. The shower room and toilet was right by the door and was clean and had all the basics and a good hairdryer. The toilet was a Japanese bidet. Very hygienic and fun if you have not tried one before. The location of the hostel was very good as it was right at the beginning of the tourist route along the river. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. The host gave great information about the tourist area and also gave us a tourist map. Breakfast was great! Highly recommended! Very good price for the location and level of service!

We are from Thailand, self-guided travel with family. We spent 1 night here in 2 separated rooms. Location 10/10 : We love it here. This hotel is not in the heart of the village area but it's just perfect. It's on the west wing but not too west, you can easily reach the center by walking. And this area is not very loud as center that has many pub and bar. The street behind the hotel has many store such as drugstore, convenient store and simple restaurant. Service 9/10 : The hotel maids here are very strong. They helped carry the luggage up to your room and give the advice. They can also recommend restaurant and activity to you if you ask. Cleanliness 9/10 : They did well both inside the room and public area. Even the terrace and balcony. The hotel look new and modern inside too. Facilities 9/10 : This room is on the 3rd floor. It's the room with balcony. We can sit and see the scenery. Very relax there. They provide the helpful service in pick up and drop off too.

The sanitation is relatively clean. It is a two-story house with a circular steel structure + glass. The first floor is the bathroom and living room, and the second floor is the room. Advantages: The room type is special and children like it. It is located in Nanhua Mountain. You can overlook the night view of the ancient city from the room. You can also lie on the bed to enjoy the scenery by opening the curtains. It feels pretty good. The hotel is right by the Hongqiao River. There is a dedicated housekeeper who can help you book tickets. Disadvantages: The room is on the mountain. Although there is an elevator, it takes more than 1 minute to walk. It is also a challenge to return to the hotel to rest after a day of sightseeing or halfway. The bathroom is indeed a bit small, the drainage is a bit not very good, and there is no place to put toiletries.

The hotel is close to Nanhua Gate. We drove to Fenghuang. There is plenty of parking space. You can visit Fenghuang Ancient Town not far away. The hotel has complete facilities and is a four-star hotel standard. I like several highlights of the hotel: the tea room and buffet restaurant on the first floor have rich meals, and there are many Chinese paintings and calligraphy works hanging on the corridors and walls, which add to the cultural atmosphere of the hotel. There is also a tourist information desk in the lobby on the first floor. This seems inadvertent, but it is very convenient for foreign tourists, reflecting the professional service of the hotel industry in tourist cities, and making tourists feel very warm. Thumbs up for our hotel.
