房間乾淨，位置便利，服務態度非常好。 民宿在我們還沒到之前提前聯繫來接，還給我們定了鳳凰高鐵站磁懸浮票，全程與我們保持電話聯繫，整個過程讓我們十分安心。 大年三十早上我們還要去趕高鐵，民宿還給我們安排了車，到站後也聯繫我們報銷了車費。 在鳳凰古城住到這樣的酒店，讓人十分安心。 下次再來還會選擇這裏。

房間是訂的是三人床，非常滿意，和老爸老媽一人一張床還是很巴適的，窗簾是電動的，爸媽覺得好有科技感🤣衞生沒得説，乾淨，洗漱台在剛入門的地方也是比較方便，離古鎮中心也還好不遠，離鳳凰之眼攬勝站很近，我們返程時老闆親自開車送到高鐵站，給酒店服務點個大大的贊！下次過來還會選擇這個酒店👍推薦
