Location is very good for family traveling, staff are friendly.There are pick up service. Breakfast are gorgeous. you can walk to the scenic area in the ancient city.

Room was clean and bright. Check in was smooth and the service quality and attitude was fantastic. Breakfast was included and the hotel is a nice 20min walk to the main town area

Amazing location, though not exactly at the touristic part of the fenghuang ancient town, it allowed us to have an amazing relaxing time. The staff was really helpful. The room was amazing-- it surpassed our expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is stylish and had great amenities, including free pick up to and from the Hong Bridge, free laundry services, a great view from the room, great breakfast selection and a very comfortable bed. We want to thank especially our 管家小田 who helped to make our stay comfortable. He added us on WeChat which allowed us to contact him for any inquiries and support related to our stay which was very helpful as we didn’t have a Chinese number.

Hotel is really nice. Looking traditional from the outside but modern, zen, minimal from the inside. Hotel is located in ancient town but on the quite area. Very convenient to walk , less than 15 min to the center of ancient town . Hotel also offers a free ride to ancient town as well. Staffs are very kind and helpful
