Hotel is clean,breakfast is okay(at least we got breakfast
The reception is very helpful and responsive. We arrived really late(2.00 in the morning) and took the wrong road. I called her and she picked me up right away.
Fenghuang ancient city is close but i reccomend u to take didi or public transportation instead of driving. Finding parking is really a nightmare when u are not familiar with the area. U can find restaurants inside the ancient city

About a 30-40 mins walk into ancient city. They do offer drop off/pickup service but it’s a bit inconvenient to arrange when in the city due to pickup location isn’t readily available so we end up walking back as well. The pickup service from the train station is great though.

The room is clean and hygienic. The front desk service is friendly and patient. The hotel has free parking and is very close to the attractions. You can also enjoy a free Miao costume when staying at the hotel. Overall, it is not bad
