It's such a cost-effective hotel that I'd be embarrassed not to write a good review. From the details, it's a four-star or above quality service. The hotel has a dedicated laundry room. The lady at the front desk is always smiling and will greet you warmly every time you come in and out, because I just returned from We visited Zhangjiajie and my feet were a bit sore. The hotel provided a special car to take us to Nanhua Bridge for free. Walking slowly along the river was very healing. The hotel room is also fully intelligent (Xiaodu). We also got a small gift when we left the next day. Thank you.

酒店前台服務小姐姐很nice，給我們推薦好吃的，也很暖心問我們要怎麼玩，酒店也有司機送我們來回古城，最敬業的小哥哥，晚上十一點多過來幫我們通馬桶，智能馬桶放一塊紙巾就下水不暢通，智能的小度小度也很暖心，春節期間都還贈送了早餐，雖然款式不多，但是有一碗粉就管飽了，離開的時候還給我們薑糖當手信，真的很棒

其他都不説，前一天説早餐時間是到10點，結果第二天9點半去的時候居然什麼東西都沒了，所有人都在啃饅頭，衹剩幾個饅頭和啥都不加的清湯粉，去前台反應了以後還一臉不耐煩的説東西都有啊…東西都有我來跟你反應？大過年的，根據房態和入住情況及時調整餐廳供應量這是最基本的常識，何況你們過年的價格還啊便宜。

酒店出來走五分鐘左右就到沱江邊上了，酒店前台知道我們帶着孩子，特別安排在了5樓靠後邊的房間，真的很貼心！房間還不錯，去古城還安排了師傅接送，休息的也很好！ 總體來説都挺不錯的！值得推薦！

昨天入住的， 必須給個好評！剛到鳳凰古城，在平台上找了下酒店，下單後，前台立即聯繫了我們，還給我們講解了鳳凰古城遊玩攻略，問了好多問題，前台小姐姐都很耐心給我們解答。大致描述一下酒店情況：新開的酒店，在鳳凰古城下游邊上，步行到江邊大概五分鐘，停車也方便，酒店後山上有温泉，但我們行程太趕，來不及泡，下次來了一定去體驗！房間裝修風格簡約大氣，還有智能小度，第一次入住這種智能語音控制酒店，新奇，玩了好久“小度小度”，哈哈哈哈哈，衣服臟了拿去洗，第一次用智控洗衣機，還是打電話給前台後台給我們啟動的，打了好幾個電話給前台，我都不好意思了，為前台小姐姐的耐心點贊！！！

非常滿意！房間乾淨衞生而且非常安靜，設施完善齊全，熱水和暖氣很足，前台小滕同學服務很好還安排了城軌接送服務。酒店雖在城外但步行到古城也不遠大概幾百米，體驗很好，十分推薦！
