Honestly, I wasn't very satisfied with the hotel. Pros: The service was acceptable. Breakfast was provided, and the rice noodles were delicious. Since the restaurant was full, they brought it to our room so we could eat on the balcony. They recommended itineraries, including the Fenghuangzi Show, which was quite good. They bought tickets for Fenghuangzi at a lower price than on Ctrip. They helped with our largest luggage, but that was because the hotel didn't have an elevator. Since it's not in the ancient city, the advantage is that the car can be parked right at the hotel entrance. We also gave two boxes of local specialties upon departure. We checked in early and checked out late. Cons: The hotel is a bit confusing. It's not even near the core area of ​​Fenghuang Ancient City. It's upstream, about a kilometer from the Nanhua Bridge, the closest point to the core area. I had planned to walk around the ancient city during the day, but the distance, coupled with the fact that my room was on the third floor and didn't have an elevator, meant I stayed in the room until the afternoon. Walking to the Fenghuangzi Show was basically walking from the northwest to the southeast on the map. I had originally planned to book a balcony room for the night view, but the area across from it was still under development. It wasn't the illuminated ancient city at all, but a hotel under construction. After our evening stroll, it was already 1 a.m. Taxis were practically impossible to get in Fenghuang Ancient Town, and the distance from the hotel made it incredibly difficult to walk back. The hotel couldn't send a car either. Luckily, the batik shop owner gave me a taxi driver's number in the middle of the night, so we were able to get one back to the hotel. The next day, we had the same driver take us to the station, but there were no taxis available. It was already 1:30 a.m. when we got back to our room. The door wouldn't lock, and the balcony door wouldn't close (the next day, the waitress pushed hard and managed to get it stuck, but it was impossible for us to do that in the middle of the night). I felt completely insecure and had to sleep with the lights on. This review is a genuine reference, and I hope the hotel owner won't contact me to change it.

The front desk service is very good, and they will take the initiative to introduce local restaurants, transportation, and activities. The hotel will arrange a car to pick you up at the train station. The room is clean and tidy.

I took my parents to travel and booked a family suite. The room was large and clean. It was very pleasant to drink tea on the balcony and look at the night view of the ancient city. The pick-up at the high-speed rail station was in place, and they also provided good tips on how to travel in the ancient city. I also tried Miao costumes for free and took beautiful photos.
