What a surprise, random booking that turned out not only to be on the day of the Dragon Boat Festival but in the exact hotel where the ducks for the duck throwing competition are hurled into the river! Quite bizarre but couldn't have asked for a better spot. Perfect location anyways, spacious, clean, nice owner who speaks a bit of English and uses Wechat translation for the rest.

Great localization, walking distance from all atractions. Beautiful view from the room. The host was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean.

The hostel manager was friendly and helpful, the hostel near all the city landmark and less than 8 minutes away from the railways station public shuttle bus stop !

The hotel is in a great location, a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We specially booked a mahjong room for the elders. Hunanese can’t live without mahjong when traveling. The room is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is very good and enthusiastic. Very cost-effective, recommended!
