在景區裏面的民宿，想過不太好，但是沒想到這麼差，房間有很重的黴味，很像早年的招待所即視感，被子很潮濕，廁所很臟，推拉的門把手上都是銹漬和泡漲的痕跡，廁所淋浴在馬桶的夾角位置，洗澡也不方便，容易磕到馬桶上，房間也不隔音，窗台的推拉門是不帶鎖的，二樓感覺不是很安全，如果來玩還是建議住在景區外面的連鎖酒店會好點。

環境、衞生都還行，對於黃金期最後一天這個價格很合理了，起碼比前一晚同樣古城裡麪一年好時光衞生、環境好，而且房東熱情友善，靠近雪橋，位置不錯，就是這次鳳凰兩晚酒店都定了超級吵的，不適合孩子，直到快十二點音樂停孩子才睡覺，以後還是定外面吧，對睡渣實在不友好，年輕人挺好的，位置優越逛到十二點幾步路就到酒店還是很幸福的

淡季與朋友到古城遊玩，民宿就在古城內，但是不臨江。個人不建議臨江住，衹是好看，風景看一會也就差不多了，臨江晚上一直會吵到半夜，適合每天睡覺很晚的。房間條件一般。

房間18平米以內，民房改造，最高樓層房間可以看江景，隔音一般是通病，高層房間熱水不太熱，水壓問題沒辦法。對環境衞生要求不過份嚴苛的人可以接受，主要價格相對其他民宿和地理位置性價比較高，老闆娘母女很熱情。但是沒有入住礦泉水希望改進。
