The hygiene is poor. There are spider webs on the walls. The facilities and equipment are not up to date. The water heater is not hot enough and the water pressure is very low. It is impossible to take a bath in winter. The water is too cold. In other seasons, you can barely take a bath. The heating temperature is also low. Not enough, the cold wind comes out.
