1.酒店位置較好，離江邊100米，離馬路100米。適合旅遊，進古城和離開都很方便。2.環境鬧中取靜。酒店環境比較舒服，中式庭院環境。3.房間床比較大，單人床都是1.5米的，房間設施較好。4.老闆比較熱情，周邊停車困難，老闆主動給找停車位。5.周邊晚上非常熱鬧，適合喜歡晚上活動的遊客

自駕游到鳳凰，這是一家很温馨的民宿。老闆人很好。床也很舒服。性價比很高。就在沱江邊的小巷子裏，就是停車有點費勁。老闆推薦的飯店沒有踩坑，旁邊小燒烤也不錯。

庭院裝修風格，房間乾淨舒適，老闆服務熱誠，離景區近，走30米到河邊，走出門有小超市吃飯方便，假期比較多人在河邊穿苗族衣服拍照，氣氛好。

訂的是標準雙人間，沒想到的是每張床寬1.5米。床墊柔軟舒適，被子枕頭潔白乾凈。老闆人很和善，有求必應。小院佈置的有情調，有花有草，還有一個大缸，缸裏有金魚遊動。出小院走五六十步就到江邊。江邊的民宿到深夜仍人聲鼎沸，睡不好覺。而這家民宿既離江邊不遠又安靜。

民宿老闆人很好，回到門口接你，會幫忙提行李，有什麼問題問都會幫忙解答，還會幫忙指路，説哪裡有景點，房間也很整齊舒服，房間外面還帶一個小陽台，晚上可以喝喝茶吹吹風，蠻舒服的，推薦入住。

選擇入住這家酒店是因為它以花築冠名，是位於古城沱江邊上的一家民宿，老闆人很好，幫我安排安靜房間，房間兩張很大的床，睡一夜休息得挺好的。晚上古城人太多了，匆匆逛了一圈就會酒店休息，非常方便。
