The hotel staff were responsive and eager to help if needed. We needed a commercial/bigger car to get to train station. They helped us arranged. OverallC the staff were helpful.

In an excellent location with great views of the river. Breakfast was good as well. Great service from the hotel staff. They picked is up at the foot of the bridge and helped us carry our luggage over.

Stayed 3 nights from 10-13/04/2025. The view from the Hotel Balcony was simply fanstastic. They also picked us up from Qifeng Square, helped carried our luggage. They also helped us booked a taxi grim the hotel to Fenghuang Gucheng Railway Station. Thanks to 2 very friendly staff, Mr Yang and Mr Loong. Breakfast was adequate

Beautiful room with amazing views of the river. The room was very clean n the bed was super comfy. The staff n owner were friendly & helpful. When we checked out, we were given a local souvenir. The owner even drove us to the metro station with his car.

This is the most wonderful hotel I have ever stayed.
The service is great, they helped us to book car from station to hotel and helped us to carrying luggage to hotel.
Introduced the ancient city road map and helped us buy a ticket.
Breakfast also delicious. Very recommended!

The young staff at the hotel are friendly and eager to assist. They went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They recommended good restaurants and day trip packages that enhanced our stay here in the ancient town.
We would recommend this place to anyone who plans to stay in Fenghuang.

Staff are super friendly and care for details, didn’t expect they will message and ask when we can check in, they even give us morning call, breakfast were yummy, we even got free upgrade which made our trip more memorable
