房間很好，離沱江，雪橋，虹橋，城牆，很近，走幾步就到了，老闆小哥哥人很帥，也很熱情，房間很大，設施也很齊全，衞生也很乾凈，價格也很實惠，來鳳凰古城遊玩很推薦鳳凰柒福閣客棧。

总体最多3🌟有好有坏。
缺點：1⃣️被子臭。一股因為沒有曬太陽陰乾到味道。2⃣️床板硬。床特別特別硬，明明是席夢思但是硬的跟板板一樣。3⃣️各種東西壞。一開始門鎖壞了可以關但是不能反鎖店家換了一間，換的那間新的廁所門鎖又是壞的，門關不上。4⃣️在巷子裡面，晚上又黑又沒人不安全，而且樓梯特別多領箱子累死。5⃣️面積小。6⃣️窗戶開在樓道裡面，不敢開窗通風。7⃣️有投影儀但是畫質色彩差的要死。
优点：1⃣️便宜。2⃣️有晾衣架。3⃣️因为在巷子所以安静，但是隔音特别差，随便有谁晚归或者退房早，听得完全清楚而且可能会被吵醒。（我醒了同行睡眠好没醒）4⃣️被子舒服。5⃣️有投影仪。6⃣️店在巷子里，中午下午到凤凰可以打电话店家去接驳车站接你，但是八九点就得自己累死累活拖上来，并且管接不管送。
缺点受得了就住，受不了就换好的。反正我们选择住更贵的。这个价位房间的缺点真的受不了。如果下次更愿意住虹桥路，附近吃得多并且都是平直马路没有楼梯。（价格略高一些，所以自己取舍吧，便宜有便宜的原因）

很難找，在小巷子裏，入住當天下着大雨拖着行李箱在巷子裏很難走，好不容易找到了還有一條很高的階梯，打算叫老闆幫忙一起抬一下行李，結果老闆還在睡覺，還沒起來；住店退房完全自助，房間衞生打掃不乾淨，尤其是洗漱區

在鳳凰古城裡麪，導航不太準確，要上幾個樓梯，行李很重，還很小哥哥幫忙了，環境還行，可以曬衣服，還可以寄存行李

太難找了，原本訂的是1.8米和1.5米的親子房，後來因為房間漏水給換到兩張1.5的親子房，屋裡潮濕，被子應該有日子沒曬了，有點味道。其他還好，老闆也算熱情，礦泉水免費。離江邊也就幾分鐘路程

離南華里近，房間衞生乾淨，還有我最喜歡的就是陽台和三樓的山景，一覽無餘，特別是夜景很治癒。説説不足之處吧，畢竟有改進才會有更大進步，台階很多，因為我們行李多，所以拖着行李爬台階非常吃力，古鎮台階又窄又陡。房間毛巾是滌綸的不是全棉的，住多了酒店和民宿，滌綸毛巾真的讓人特別難受。其餘都挺好，新開業的民宿，有進步空間，加油！

住的雙人床 ，空間挺大的。老闆推薦的停車場是一個商場停車場，停在南華里。從停車場走出來非常近，你看到王家弄就不遠咯。我是走過頭了，老闆來接的😂😂

The decoration style of the hotel is mainly Chinese style. Each guest room is equipped with large screen projection screen, air conditioning, dry wet separation toilet, hair dryer, washing supplies, disposable slippers and other infrastructure. The room has good lighting and picturesque night scenery, which is integrated with the local strong humanistic culture.
The scenic spots near the inn are: Nanhua gate, Xiong Xiling's former residence, Nanhua Li, Confucian temple, Phoenix landmark square, Tuojiang Night View Street, etc. (all located about 300 meters near the inn), and there is a parking lot at Nanhua gate, which is only 150 meters away from the inn, to meet the parking demand of self driving tour (we must contact and communicate in advance to reserve parking space, the parking space in the ancient city is very tight).
