I love the hotel and staffs! They were kind to upgrade us as we were 2 girls. They also gave tips and pre booked tickets for us at half the cost. They have advice on the touting situation outside the hotel. Overall, love the clean and nice hotel.

Floral Hotel is located footsteps away from the Hongqiao Bridge. The staff is helpful with requests and directions. The bed is comfortable and the hot towel rack is a treat to have warm towels after coming out of the shower.
It was nice to have a balcony with seating despite it overlooking a parking lot area of the village square.
Suggestions asking for some extra chair / stools as luggage racks.
Both Miss Shao Yang and Miss Ma made our stay comfortable. Thank you!

Hotel is in a great location in the main square of the old town, just around the corner from the river. It's maybe a 15 minute walk along the river to the main bridge. The hotel is super clean with a nice design. The front desk staff were very helpful with where to eat and main spots to see. We even got upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the parking lot! Keep in mind, taxis will drop you off at the main square entrance, so you'll have to walk with your luggage to the hotel, but it's a very short walk, only about 100m. No breakfast, but there are tons of breakfast eateries in the square. Would definitely recommend!
