My stay at this hotel was short but very enjoyable. It's in a super convenient location for visiting Fenghuang - just a short walk to the lively city center, yet situated in a much quieter area. Along the way, there are plenty of affordable restaurants nearby.
The room was very spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. One highlight is how nice the host and reception staff are - they were all incredibly kind and welcoming.
Additionally, I took advantage of the free one-way ride to the train station, which was a very convenient perk and made my life much easier.
If I ever have the chance, I will definitely come back.

Room is clean and big, toilet is clean. Owner very kind, friendly, and helpful. So near to tianmenshan door A. Easy to find foods around, so happy to found this hotel, definitely recommended!

How could there be a store with such good service and such patience? From the time we booked the room in the morning and added the owner on WeChat, the owner has been answering all my questions seriously and responsibly, including routes, transportation, parking, etc. In the end, I felt embarrassed, but the boss still smiled and kept saying thank you for our hard work. The boss is really nice and saves me a lot of detours. I originally took the Tongren high-speed rail, but it would take almost 3 hours to transfer without going directly to Huaihua. The boss recommended that I buy a bus for only 27 yuan, which takes just over an hour. They also helped with luggage 🧳. She was handsome and enthusiastic. I met a young lady on the road who offered me a ride. The boss didn’t charge me for it. It was the first time I received so many reviews. I recommend it to everyone.
