民宿位置非常好，距離古城停車場非常近，步行一分鐘就到了。停車場24小時收費50元。
距離雪橋步行也是一分鐘。

位置不錯，就在南華大橋底下，離江第二排，房間比較窄，設施看着有點偏舊，可能是靠江的緣故，就感覺有點陰陰潮潮的，不過看着江邊其他民宿也差不多是這樣，可能鳳凰的民宿會比較類似這樣。店主非常好，熱情講解怎麼走，還專門幫忙拿地圖

這家民宿我在湖南行出發前就看評論不錯，因為預訂後不能取消我就沒定，後來確定好要來鳳凰前在高鐵站訂的這裏，體驗感特別好。來鳳凰一定要住在景區裏面，而且要住在沱江中段，這家民宿好就好在不僅出門就是沱江就能看見雪橋、跳巖，更重要的是從南華里過來要走路過來，如果訂這個民宿很方便，因為景區裏面都是石板路台階，可以説這個民宿不僅離核心景區100米之內，出門就遊玩，她這裏去景區外鳳凰古城當地人飯店也是步行十分鐘左右，位置好，而且價格是核心景區裏面最低的，民宿環境很好，如果你是帶長者孩子或是行李很多來鳳凰的話，一定要按照老闆給的當地司機電話約車，根本打不到車，現在天氣熱，雖然民宿離南華里很近但是拖着行李真的打車把吧還是，我們中午到的，在南華里飽飽的吃了一頓肯德基，下午一直在休息，傍晚出門就在沱江裏戲水，去吃了正宗的血粑鴨喝了米酒，晚上沒想到旅拍要用那麼久都快十二點了就沒在逛，後半夜三點孩子起來又吐又拉，急性腸胃炎，這邊打車不方便，改簽火車也沒票了，後來五點左右孩子又睡下了，我決定還是按照原來的票一早去武漢，早上去路上看看有可以打的車嗎，清晨的鳳凰古城沒有商業的點綴説不出的美，現在我坐在回河北的高鐵上，孩子的身體在武漢休整一天已經基本痊癒，這次鳳凰行孩子突然生病，我定的旅拍效果也很不理想，我也基本沒怎麼逛古城，但是我依然覺得鳳凰很好以後會再來，我想和這家民宿位置好方便，環境舒適度高有很大關係，我們走的時候，因為孩子不舒服，我定的手機尾號731龍師傅的車，是當地出租車，40元送我們去高鐵站，車快到了兒子鬧肚子又回民宿去上廁所，師傅耐心等我們，如果不是這家民宿位置好，方便來回，還有老闆給我們換成一樓，我們真的不知道孩子鬧肚子要多不方便，謝謝這個民宿，以後有機會來鳳凰古城我還會住這裏

民宿的地理位置特別好，離鳳凰大橋、雪橋、江邊都特別近。老闆娘非常熱情，還幫忙拿行李，因為我們人多，老闆娘還多送了幾瓶水。房間寬敞、衞生間也很大。我們住宿的房間外還有晾衣平台。台上老闆娘種植的花也很漂亮。特別暖心的是，房間還給準備了一次性馬桶墊。
