No one there for checkin. No hot water. No wifi password. Fire alarm was beeping all night. The shower is above the toilet. Good location though. Would not recommend.

住過最差的，沒有之一，什麼叫花錢買罪受，就是住這裏。1.房間非常小，廁所也非常小，説20平，最多13/14平。2噪音特別大，晚上12點了，還響個不停。3一大早噪音就來了。4水壺都是臟的，沒敢用。5礦泉水都不給一瓶，説都不給。6wifi有，但是説壞了，沒用。204元，我覺得50塊都不值得。7牙刷就給一套，我是標間啊。唯一的優點大概是位置稍微好點，其他一無是處。我還投訴到了客服那裡，一點用都沒有。鳳凰古城，這活脱脱的就是個坑，花錢買罪受。

簡直不想説，房間太小，基礎設施太差，廁所連個沖廁所的沖水器都沒有，鏡子也特小，洗漱台小的可憐，關鍵我還訂了有窗户的大床房，那個窗户還不如沒有，開窗看到的就是一面牆，房間連個桌子和凳子都沒有，燈的開關在進門的位置，床頭沒有開關，很不方便，浴巾也沒有配備，還得自己去前台要，空調開 24 小時都制不熱，地板上有一點水整個房間就充滿了發黴的味道，床單被套還是 80 年代的大花被😂，我一整個震驚住，廁所門的鎖是壞的，門碰一下感覺就要掉了，房間還不隔音，休息得不是很好，我兩天早上七八點就被走廊和樓下的木錘聲叫醒，不過好的一點就是離江邊比較近，不好的一點是在江邊的後一排，別有看江景的想法，如果衹是想找個睡覺但是沒什麼要求的地方就可以住這，但這裏也不便宜，兩個晚上就 611，一晚 305，也不是很便宜

老闆人非常非常好，問怎麼去民宿也是耐心指導。前台小哥非常友好，是211男大，非常非常好，溝通很順暢，詢問問題也非常耐心的解答，關心客人。總要來一次鳳凰古城，鳳凰古城來一次是不夠的！！
