旅遊城市一般價格都比較高，但是這一家民宿價格不高，很安靜，住宿也很乾凈，停車非常方便。

入住這民宿體驗感真的很好，好喜歡，很有家的感覺一開始下單後還擔心停車不方便，行李又多，，結果到了 停車就在負一樓，、直接坐電梯上十一樓，特別的方便 環境很不錯 是個新樓盤 新小區 還有免費的洗衣機 樓上有很寬敞的亮衣服地方 衞生別乾淨`阿姨待客熱情 直得推薦

在我看來，這家民宿真的很不錯 位置在新小區裏面 很安靜 衞生 環境都很好 房東大姐很熱情 。房間格局合理、床品舒適、設施齊全，而且乾淨整潔。入住期間我並沒有遇到任何讓人不悦的事情，整體感覺非常愉快。停車就在負一樓不要淋雨不要曬太陽 從負一樓坐電梯直接到 非常的不錯很方面以後朋友要去鳳凰一定推薦入住這個名宿

房間很好 ，衞生乾淨整潔，住着舒服 安靜 。老闆非常的熱情 停車方便離古城不遠 老闆還送了我們去鳳凰古城 有個大冰箱很方便 時時都可以喝到冰飲料 空調很涼快 。這家名宿值得推薦

客棧設施新，老闆服務態度好，有洗衣機提供自助洗衣服務，且樓頂還能曬衣服！
衹是可惜的是離古城太偏遠了，當時訂九裡邊城的原因是我對鳳凰古城的公交如此不發達沒有了解，我還以為古城有非常方便的公交和出租車及網約車，所以有意選了靠近城北汽車站的此店。當晚從南華里回客棧，打的打不到，才20點公交全下班（這哪是旅遊城市的公交規則啊），網約車也打不着（1小時後才回復），小孩子跟着走30分鐘快哭起來了，後來幸運的在街道攔到一輛剛下客的出租車，才幸運的回到了客棧。
所以第二天改訂古城裡的客棧了。
如果鳳凰縣政府不增加出租車及網約車的投放量，不發現公交，古城周邊的酒店（含客棧）的生意讓人堪憂了。

房間很乾凈衞生，小區很安靜，離鳳凰古城景區打車10元錢，裝修沒多久，老闆娘很熱心，有事情可以問她，她都會告訴你

酒店在鳳凰遊客集散中心後面的一個新小區裏面，是一個四房一廳的房子改的，一房一鎖。因為是新裝修，房間裏面特別新。房東人也很好，我晚上9點訂房，還怕是不知道入口特地下樓接的我。如果不是因為工作，我會續住的，床鋪睡得是特別特別舒服那種！個人很喜歡
