奉節飯店是個老牌的星級酒店，地處老城區令我感受到什麼才叫真正的山城，車位很緊張，地下車庫停起來也不是很方便，不過這都不算啥畢竟是在老城區，其它都很好，前台服務也很周到

我很少真正給出差評，我知道一家酒店如果面臨差評是多難過的一件事情。
但是奉節飯店，屬於是真的沒落了，掛的四鑽，和商務酒店都有很大的差距了，設施設備真的很難説什麼了，就是喜歡歷史感的人可能會對裏面的設備情況接受度好一些，但是再有他有悠久的歷史和燦爛的過往都不是如果變成這樣的理由，員工還是蠻多的，但是都很冷漠，現在連一百塊的商務酒店都會笑臉迎人和熱情解答，前台素麪朝天焦頭爛額的那種表情，動作快且敷衍，房間到門口門是打開的，客房説在散氣，我也能理解，但是進去還是一股潮味加黴味，要求換房間阿姨和前台的表情都是能看得見的不舒服，讓我更不舒服，我站在消費者對入住的房間打開表示不是很安全需要換一個房，我覺得我們還挺委婉的，畢竟現在訊息很發達我們也擔心會有不良人員進去做什麼，但是他們沒有對我們有任何安撫甚至微笑。標間衹有一個插孔，問是否有提供插排服務，沒有，衹會一味的斬釘截鐵説沒有，不提供，解決不了。
衞生間所有的膠全是黃加滑膩，晾衣繩無法使用，衞生間抽水上不來，到處都是水漬。
你可以有歷史有濃厚的城市變革痕跡，但是床單被套枕頭起毛。房間的消費品，簡直可笑，還未入住就直接説明碼標價拿了就要消費，我以為應該是提醒房間有部分物品屬於有償服務請注意物品上的標簽之類的，也不要一臉你拿了就要給錢的那種有種你消費不起就不要碰的態度。
洗漱用品的補充液是用農夫山泉的大瓶子裝好放進洗漱用品裏面的，顏色和洗手枱的洗手液一樣，很難放心使用，且衹有一種洗液，顏色不同，但是在手上的感覺一模一樣，很難放心在身上使用。
本次入住體驗感奇差無比，最好的居然是早上在餐廳突然聽到一句早上好了。

前台服務還是很熱情及時的 飯店位置在城區商業街裏 購物吃飯方便 早餐不錯 有面檔 房間裏的電視有會員 可以看最新的電影。離景區有二三十分鐘車程 不堵車的話還好。

很搞笑早上九點多鐘還在睡覺就一直敲門問現在退不退房，我説要退又説需要延遲退房嗎 我當時就嚇到了還以為睡到十二點了，打開手機一看九點多，六百多接近七百塊錢一晚上，衹能睡到九點多就要被叫起來真的合理嗎？並且我嚴重懷疑我訂的豪華大床房但是住的最基礎的房型，跟其他更便宜的照片一樣。

初次來奉節旅遊，本想着星級掛牌酒店應該是很不錯的，結果讓人意外，房間臨街很吵，前台辦理入住的時候，一個小妹妹似乎對業務不太熟悉，説話也不是很親切，後面又換了一個員工才麻利的辦完。如果按照星級掛牌標準來評的話，整體感覺遠遠不夠！
