This place is outrageous! I traveled here during the Qingming holiday weekend. There was one 10-12 year old girl at the reception who got panicked when saw me turning up at the reception. It was very cold, maybe 10-12 in the hotel. She didn’t have a clue what to do. Clearly this place didn’t expect any guests. Eventually she put me in a room which was still messy after the previous guest. For my complaint she put me an other one. At this point she was shaking with panic. I felt really sorry for her. Tried to be friendly but it was little help.
In the morning I was supposed to be getting a breakfast as I booked it. There was absolutely nobody anywhere to see. Left with a huge disappointment and anger
