設施：位於奉節市中心，基本是奉節最好的酒店了，周圍配套一樣俱全
衞生：衞生狀況不錯，整體住起來比較放心，位於頂層風景也好

房間設施都是全新的 江景房 房間面積夠大 早餐也説的過去，衹是廁所的冷熱水開關設定令人費解 洗澡開關設計更是令人無語。不是簡單的混水閥 而是冷熱水開關左右一邊一個 你永遠不知道你調的水温是否合適 不但浪費水 還浪費時間。更無語的是洗手枱旁邊竟然有一排假睫毛 估計是上位房客留下的。燈具開關挺好用 自動窗簾。

1.打開抽屜裏的洗衣單，結果有污漬。保潔員工以及領班應該沒有檢查到；
2.體重秤電池應該很久沒更換了，電池沒電，無法使用；
提出問題，希望對酒店有幫助，避免後面出現客訴
