酒店應該屬於縣城的鬧市區了！交通十分便利！衞生狀況乾淨整潔！鬧市區的缺點就是酒店外面太吵鬧了！酒店服務員態度很好因為沒有我預訂的房間她還給我升了級！但是客房的空調製冷效果不好！希望下次去的時候能把空調製冷效果修好

前台服務呆板，房間衞生敷衍了事，被套床單還有上一位客人的毛髮，浴室燈暗的像沒燈一樣如下圖，洗澡發現連沐浴露都沒有了，紙巾盒裡是沒有紙巾的，大過年的我花三四百住酒店圖什麼，不是圖一個舒適嗎？，結果這也沒有那也沒有，找客房阿姨拿東西，客房阿姨愛搭不理東跑西跑極其懶散，本來你們家酒店有早餐就是很大一特色了，就該把服務衞生跟上，一個房間沒有達到標準就往外賣，隔音差的要命，隔壁關門自己房間震的像打雷，如果衹是想留住打麻將的客户，那就全弄麻將房好了，別又弄早餐又要商務客人又要麻將客人，吵的要命烏煙瘴氣，三四百花了床單自己換一次性用品自己拿紙巾自己拿馬桶自己刷沐浴露還沒有 ，基礎的設施用品都不保障衹知道各大平台烘價抬高。房卡沒有讓我等着説有人給我開門，結果等半天還是自己找人給我開門，房間又小又暗還全屋智能，看個電視要會員，天貓精靈聽個歌也要會員，智能的點就是幫你關窗簾，大可不必房間那麼小我躺床上就能關窗簾不需要智能幫我關。

在網上看到的評論較高的酒店，於是選擇了這一家
衞生：一進房間桌面如圖，真是夠了，本來想找酒店換房，家裡人勸我算了人也很累了也就將就住下了
環境：房間太小了，裏面還有個很大的立柱
隔音：完全沒有隔音，隔壁房客半夜兩三點打電話聲音震耳欲聾，找前台要求換房，前台態度極差，説沒有房了，讓我自己去敲隔壁的門，完全沒有一點服務意識
多年來住酒店最差體驗感，沒有之一
提前幫大家把雷排了

房間隔音效果很不錯，住的房間挨近前台，我以為會很吵，關上門隔音效果很不錯，一次性洗漱用品很齊全，床也夠大，東西忘帶了，還給寄，有洗衣房，洗了衣服還能烘乾，服務態度很不錯

通常酒店的早餐都在7點開始。或者更早有的6:30就開始，這個酒店的早餐離了個大譜，一羣人坐在那裡從6:50做到7:20才上菜。真離了個大譜。我是第1次遇見這麼佛繫上早餐。吃完趕到白帝城都8點出頭了，人家早出發的都已經走到山腰的。我這一頓追，這要是跟人家搶獎牌沒搶到要哭死。
