The service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, the room is clean and tidy, and the front desk reception is very thoughtful. But the ventilation window switch in the room is a bit high, about 2.2 meters. The noise from the road outside the window was a bit loud at night. I wanted to close the window, but found that I couldn't reach it at all. I guess I'll need a ladder to close it. The hotel room is very clean, the transportation is convenient, the parking is more convenient, it gives people a very warm feeling, the toiletries are also very good, the front desk service is great, I have to give a thumbs up 👍👍👍, because I was in a hurry, I was not very sober, I went to eat noodles next to the hotel the next morning and forgot to take the bag, I drove on the highway for 3 hours before I realized that the bag was gone 😂😂😂I didn’t have the noodle shop owner’s phone number to find the hotel front desk. They were very nice and helped to mail the bag back. Thank you very much!

I had stayed at Vienna International Hotel before and it did include breakfast. Then I booked a room without breakfast on Ctrip. During the formalities, an older waiter came in and took over the formalities. After the formalities, I asked what time breakfast was. She said that you didn't book breakfast. I said that I didn't book it because you said the hotel includes breakfast. Whether breakfast is included or not is determined by different platforms, not by the hotel. The hotel is not trustworthy. Moreover, the hotel is located outside the city and there is nothing around. A small restaurant has just opened next to it, which has just been opened for a few days. Otherwise, you have to walk at least ten minutes to eat. The room is not as big as it is said on the Internet. There are no disposable slippers. You have to ask the front desk for them. The disposable toilet mat is really disposable. The hotel thinks that guests only go to the toilet once, which is purely perfunctory. Either prepare a toilet cover or don't put it. It's fooling people. There are also skewers on the floor of the room that the previous guests used to eat skewers. I don't know who rated this international hotel.

非常滿意，酒店很高端，比其他城市的維也納高端。服務也很好，推薦入住。離奉節高鐵站衹有3公里，打車才8元。真的很方便。
