燈光差，那麼大的房間那麼黑，化粧都化不了，還有按金，説了退房時會退，當天11點30分退房後，還遲了2天才退，不問都不處理，收錢時就那麼快，這樣的服務真不行，還不如半島人家的辦事效率。還有這個牆還讓我衹能用透明膠，用了又如何，根本一點也不貼，真晦氣！

房間很大，比較偏了些，特意定了帶2個早餐的，結果早餐一言難盡。原計劃是比較近廣信塔，實際整個封開都不太遠，可以選擇在老城區入住會更熱鬧一些。

由封開本地合作伙伴運營的凱里亞德。春節幾天費用比其他凱里亞德（例如賀州）便宜21，為458。服務上看到了一些差別：大堂的迎賓咖啡、飲料，小零食及礦泉水沒有了；房間的歡迎水果沒有；房間裝修風格類似但是僅提供兩瓶礦泉水而非其他凱里亞德的四瓶；房間內僅在牀頭櫃放了抽紙巾，在辦公桌上未提供抽紙巾；房間內未默認提供一次性刮鬍刀；房間內有明顯的煙味；電梯口未提供自取的洗漱用品；早餐尤其簡單。如果是平時258左右的價格，個人覺得是不錯的選擇。

2020年曾住這店，當時周邊道路有工程，通行有點不方便。這次梧州回來再次造訪，看中的是房間寬敞明亮，整潔舒適。步行20分鐘可到達封川古城舊址。

其他一切還好，主要兩點需要改善：
1、早餐品種較少，選擇性很有限；
2、隔音真的非常差，凌晨都還能聽到馬路的聲音。

房間大，洗澡水壓大，很舒服，但是早餐太簡單，並且基本上都是説粵語，另外房間枕頭有點異味，第二天晚上有看見蟲子，建議經常消殺房間，另外枕頭需要去黴味和異味，整體還好吧
