總體還好，應該是新裝修過的，環境很新，打掃的阿姨不知道是不是不熟練，問題有幾個：1.馬桶裏有頭髮、花大姐等臟東西，應該是打掃阿姨收拾出來倒進馬桶的，但是沒沖。2.房間裏沒礦泉水，我們以為不免費提供，後面自己買的。

設施新，床品很舒服，浴室水壓很大，洗澡痛快淋漓。床上用品也都很新很白很乾凈，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，打掃房間的大姐是當地人，很熱情，房間打掃的乾乾淨淨。酒店所處的位置也是非常好的，吃飯打車都很方便。

差評，退房當天我們趕早，退房卡時我們沒記得按金，前台也沒有提醒退，過幾天后想起電話去退按金居然説找不到服務員不給處理，服務態度極不好，最後還是沒給退。住宿條件一般不推薦，不推薦……

沒空調就算了，服務員這情商感人，我説洗澡下水道堵了，他説明天我們走了清，那***怎麼用？吹風機不是每個房間都有，前台給你一個你用了還得自己想着還，這就不是酒店，民宿圈裡都算差的，就是旅遊景區挨着近給慣的，你還別挑，附近它還算矮子裏挑將軍。

沒有空調，沒有吹風機，需要吹風機還要自己去樓下拿，熱水是熱水器燒的，洗一會就沒有熱水了。枕頭上還有頭髮，屋裡的浴巾是濕的，是上一位客人用完了直接給下一個人用嗎臨街，晚上特別吵，大車很多。沒有電梯，需要自己扛着行李上

第一次給旅館負面評價因單位報銷需要旅館開具蓋章的賬單。連續3天旅館老闆每次接完電話都説下午或者明天幫忙看看有沒印章。今天上午下午分別打電話乾脆不接了，**之前也説幫忙跟進今也把我拉黑。這麼一點小事都逃避成這樣匪夷所思。補充•8月14日14:24：335元一晚的房間設施差，沒有空調，吹風機要跟前台排隊拿，馬桶前方頂着洗漱台，床上用品疑似是前一個房客用過的，電熱水器容量小，沒電梯，行李上下樓梯要搬。認為在旅遊旺季以高價提供劣質服務，應該受到整治。•8月15日23:01：晚上電話溝通，旅館老闆態度惡劣，及其不耐煩，一句話説完直接掛電話，讓我別再給他電話。希望該老闆發財，以後不要再從事服務業，鬧心。

這個賓館算是當地最好的賓館了，免費升級了房間，周圍綠樹青山，窗外景觀好看，對環境很滿意，空間很大，很安靜，睡了個好覺，鬧中取靜，接待人員都很用心，性價比還是很高的。

這家酒店在五營算是條件最好的酒店了，沒有讓我失望，雖然是民宿，但是屬於酒店賓館級別的設施，服務熱情周到，有求必應。房間挺大，設施不錯，這次體驗感還不錯，下次會再來。

離五營景區很近 算是當地一家很出名的酒店 好像還是個連鎖的 房間夠大夠寬敞 門口停車也非常方便 而且旁邊就是加油站 非常適合自駕的朋友們
