帶孩子長者來豐寧馬鎮遊玩，選擇了白馬酒店，沒有讓我們失望。酒店位置非常好，在景區內，停車很方便，附近就有國家電網的充電站。房間寬大整潔，窗外就是遼闊的草原，能看見有人騎馬飛馳，非常有感覺。早餐也很豐富。酒店後面有一個小花園，室內還有一個小小童樂園，總之非常滿意。

酒店位置一般，每比別的酒店位置優越多少，出門還要開車，在馬鎮後面，另外就是早餐真是吃不上，人那叫一個多，這麼多人找桌子都費勁，也沒有人管理，亂哄哄的，按理説這種人流大的你起碼要限制一下人流，有多少人再讓進多少人，反正管理有些亂。

軟硬件堪稱壩上天花板，設施非常全，各種佈置也很貼心實用。酒店就在草原邊上，喜歡騎馬也非常方便。美食街性價比雖然一般，但是度假區貴點也是常理，週末還有演出和煙花，生活一下就豐富了。

每回去壩上住的酒店，適合親子遊玩，房間大，離馬鎮很近，酒店的餐飲也很有特色。房間的裝飾也特別適合小朋友，孩子喜歡小孩用的牙刷和拖鞋

一家以馬為主題的度假村。陪伴家人的好地方，非常好玩，吃喝玩樂一應俱全，晚上還有非常好玩的音樂節和煙花秀，壩上也非常涼爽。酒店很乾凈，住的很舒服，早上的早餐也非常的豐盛，五星好評。

酒店並未按照預訂時的備註給房間，晚上的時候開窗很吵（煙花聲、重型車輛聲），馬鎮表演22、23點了還很大聲。去酒店入住時也一再説想要安靜一點的房間因為帶孩子。明顯對面的房間更安靜（類型一樣的房間），前台也沒有給。
孩子把在大廳玩把外套落下了，回去找前台説不知道，前台那沒有（都沒有去他們平時存放物品的地方看看）。結果還是找到一個保潔小妹妹（她當時在附近做保潔）幫忙找回來的。一個羅姓的暑期勤工儉學的妹妹，人美心善👍。因為她酒店的冷漠味變淡了。
價格比附近貴不少。設施一般，一直沒有給孩子的浴袍（雖然我自己帶了），第二天才提供小童沐浴露，之前衹有了拖鞋和牙刷，乾淨還可以。

根據朋友的推薦來到了這家酒店，酒店坐落在壩上草原，旁邊是叫做中國馬鎮的遊樂園，基本上來這個酒店住的話，馬鎮遊樂園是一定要去的。酒店離遊樂園正門有個兩三公里還是得開車去。酒店內部的話總體來講應該比普通的連鎖快捷酒店要好一些，早餐的話相對也豐富一些。不過畢竟是旅遊旺季這個價格還是需要些心裏準備接受，如果不考慮💰的話，跟小孩一塊玩的還是能比較開心的。

白馬酒店是大灘馬鎮高檔酒店排名第一的酒店，辦理入住時前台亂的要死，4， 5個服務員在哪裡瞎忙，弄的客人也不知道到底在哪裡排隊，結果辦理入住就用了20多分鐘，到了房間，房間裏死蟲子的屍體不下3、4隻，我是個孕婦洗完澡剛想吹頭髮，房間裏沒有吹風機，讓老公給前台打電話，服務員説讓我們好好找找每個房間都會有的，我們訂的是白馬套房，兩個洗手間的水池下面都找了，結果服務員空着手來我們房間確認有沒有吹風機，當我準備穿酒店的浴衣時，抖落出一衹蟲子的屍體，床上枕頭上還有一衹飛蟲的屍體，隨然是草原，好歹咱們好好檢查一下衞生吧！浴巾和床上都是身體接觸的，聯繫客房主管協調處理來來回回4次才給我們一個較滿意的處理態度。真的挺出乎我們意料之外的，白馬酒店旺季每個房間的價格都很高，價格擺在這裏了，怎麼也得衞生條件上去吧！
