優點：服務是很熱情，每次見到都會問候。瓶裝水也是免費喝，門口停車場大，停車方便，酒店有含早中飯，周圍也有吃飯的，旁邊就有個品茶買茶的，很方便。
缺點：服務如果衹是動動嘴不注意細節那也意義不大。定了兩天，第一天有酸奶水果，當天到的晚沒吃，結果第二天打掃房間就收走了？然後同樣的房間續住，第二天的晚安牛奶呢？另外後來發現我用了一個免費升房的權益，好像也沒升級，也沒人告訴我。
看評價早就有客人反映衞生間推拉門難用，現在依然極其難用。然後住兩晚每天凌晨4點被豬的慘叫驚醒，是那種關窗了也很恐怖的程度。（其中一個窗户也極其難關），前台説附近有養殖場，之前也很多人反映過。與其每次看到客人的“早中晚好問候”還不如解決點兒實際問題。

酒店內有停車場，停車方便，交通便利，對面有商店、超市購物方便，房間設施齊全、乾淨整潔，住着比較舒適，現代簡約歐式風格的裝修，早上提供早餐，味道鮮美，性價比較好！

酒店服務還可以，畢竟是縣城的，不能要求太高，到了酒店快一點了，有免費的午餐，早餐也挺好的，位置好，出門就是大道，周邊吃的購物都方便，2.，3樓還有足浴spa，不足的地方是隔音不好，智能馬桶遙控器是壞的，以後應該改進。

房間特別寬敞明亮，白天幾乎都是陽光燦爛，文昌閣及其鍾、鼓樓在青山的背景中美麗壯觀，跟不用説它的夜景了。
酒店有好幾處特別的：衞生間的地暖，對於鳳慶這個早晚温差較大的地方，讓人感覺非常舒適。酒店不僅有自助早餐，還有自助午餐和晚安酸奶果盤。
出門沿着河邊散步或者去文昌閣都非常清靜。
鳳慶的公交車也方便，隨叫隨停。到鳳慶客運站也不遠。距青龍橋很近。

離滇紅古鎮可近 但是不值得一轉
門口的老兵燒烤味道不錯，可以當晚飯吃
八點多街道上的店鋪基本都關門了，別太晚到，免得沒飯吃

攜家人旅遊，一次定了6間房，連續住了六晚，酒店很乾凈，春節假期因為房間無法滿足之前預訂的房型，給免費升級，前天的小姐姐服務也好，每天都是酸奶和不同的水果贈禮
