房間面積大，非常乾淨整潔。續住一天還給換了 床上用品，免費提供飲用水，早餐豐富有特色。有自駕的停車場，自駕十分方便。觀景房位置極佳，日出日落都能看到，還能看到整個小城的夜景，美中不足的是要主動給前台接待説有開車來，開車出去才方便。

第一次隻身從台灣飛雲南，
到了鳳慶這個縣城，
其實內心是不安的，
但進入酒店看到酒店環境後，
突然覺得放心許多，
服務人員態度親切，
酒店環境乾淨，
我住了5個晚上，
每天早餐的炒菜菜色都沒重覆，
而且很好吃，
還有現煮米線跟現煎荷包蛋，
服務很到位，
離開時保潔阿姨也是熱情道別，
因為行李箱爆滿了，
所以有些剩下的水果沒帶走，
還有衣服忘了收，
服務人員還致電給我朋友詢問，
真的十分感謝，也抱歉造成困擾
下次有機會到鳳慶，
仍然選擇入住這裡。

這是經常入住的酒店，如家如家就跟家一樣的舒服，位置好，前台服務很熱情，有地下停車場，整個酒店從前台到房間設定非常的温馨，早餐也豐富，設施齊全，智能遙控。

這酒店的一切都很好，衹是有一點本人覺得很突然。入住登記時，女服務員要給我拍頭像。我不允，她並沒有堅持。但過不久，一位男服務員又來耍給我拍頭像。我們爭論好一會他才放棄。以我個人的瞭解，貴國以不再要求外國人入住酒店時必須拍頭像。我在貴囯跑了很多地方入住酒店都沒有這個耍求。很不解，像如家這麼知名的酒店還有這要求。
