We couldn't contact the ”Customer Service Center” button on the phone in the room. To find customer service, we had to go to the front desk on the first floor. The hot spring is quite good, the water is changed and cleaned very frequently, and it is generally clean.

The restaurant is big enough and the room is spacious but dilapidated. It lacks regular maintenance and repairs. The breakfast food is acceptable, but the variety and price can be adjusted. There are more Western food options. The service is pretty good. The water supply and water pressure are strong but not very environmentally friendly. I hope the maintenance and food can be improved so that I can stay again in the future.
