Maybe there were so many people staying during the Spring Festival that the quality of room service couldn't keep up. When we checked in, there was water on the toilet floor. We couldn't contact the ”Customer Service Center” button on the phone in the room. To find customer service, we had to go to the front desk on the first floor. The hot spring is quite good, the water is changed and cleaned very frequently, and it is generally clean.

I saw the high-speed rail pick-up service on the booking page, and tried to call the front desk to make an appointment. I received a call to pick me up at the station before I arrived at the hotel. After leaving the station, I was riding in Alpha. I suddenly felt like I had earned several hundred million. The hotel is also very high-end and convenient. A very satisfactory stay. The decoration is luxurious and the service is good. The only drawback is that the small pool in the public hot spring area looked unclean that day when I took a dip. I heard that the water was not changed every day. I was satisfied with everything else. Parking is convenient and the hot spring water is sufficient. The room has a bathtub. It is recommended to bring a bathtub suit. The room is sold for 28 each. It is comfortable to soak in and has a good price/performance ratio. It is highly recommended!

It was my first time to take a hot spring bath in Fengshun. I looked around for a long time and finally chose this one. The room facilities are a little old, but they are very large. The hotel has upgraded them. When I checked out, they also gave me a small can of tea, which was pretty good.
