The room was clean and tidy. The front desk upgraded the room and sent welcome fruit. The breakfast was rich and delicious. Natural hot springs, after soaking in the hot springs, my skin felt particularly good, very moisturized, and my hair was smooth! The service attitude of the staff in the hot spring area was very good! The only drawback was that the hot spring opening hours were too short, 13:00-22:00, there were not enough towels in the hot spring area, and the instructions to the hot spring center were not very clear. The front desk just pointed in a direction, and it would be better if there were text signs. The passage from the hot spring center to the hotel was closed at 10 pm. In the end, we could only go back to the hotel from the parking lot. It was a bit cold in winter. Overall, I was satisfied and would go to the hot spring again if I had the chance.

The environment is OK. The hot spring water is changed at night. The new water is very clean in the morning. However, the hotel management is problematic. At 7 or 8 in the morning, someone stood next to the room and live-broadcasted. I don't know if it was an employee or a broadcaster. It was so noisy that even the good kids couldn't sleep well. It's a duplex on the sixth floor. Bad review

The hotel environment is good, the room has a balcony, and a clothes drying rack is installed, which is convenient for drying swimsuits after taking a hot spring bath. Parking is convenient, but the pools are small and there are too many people. It is recommended to open all of them during the peak season.

This trip was a temporary trip with adults and children. It may be due to an operational error when booking. When I checked in at the front desk, I found that I had made the wrong choice. The front desk staff, Xiao Hu, was very professional and immediately found a way to solve the problem with me. One day at the hotel, Xiao Hu at the front desk always understood my needs first, accompanied us to the hot springs, and took us to the parent-child park. The service experience was quite good, especially when the child's coat fell in the rock climbing room and she immediately contacted to find it and sent it back. I especially praised her. The children had a lot of fun in the hotel and made a small windmill. Every service staff I met during the process was very friendly. It was a warm trip.

The hotel environment is very good, the check-in process is very pleasant, the layout of the room is very good, the hygiene is meticulous, the girl at the front desk is also very attentive, and during the check-in, a girl poured a cup of hot tea. The service attitude is super good. I will stay here again next time!

This is my second time staying here. My children like it very much. It has complete facilities. Xiao Hu at the front desk is the housekeeper. He provides good services and can help us solve all our needs.
